La Mesa Junior Seau Complex - La Mesa

The La Mesa Junior Seau Complex is located at 9009 Park Plaza Drive in La Mesa.

To get to the field from Interstate 8 east or west:

Take the Ca-125 exit North.  Take the first exit which is Amaya/Fletcher Parkway.  This will take you to the Fletcher Parkway stop light.  Turn left on Fletcher Parkway.  Turn left on Dallas St.  Turn left on Park Plaza Dr.  You will see a parking lot entrance with do not enter sign.  Veer to the right and turn left into the parking lot.  Park in the parking lot.  From the parking lot you will see the Football field.  The soccer field is behind the football field.

Someone will be by in the morning to open the gate to the parking lot and bring the nets and flags on the field.  The White goals (used on Artificial Field) are located against the south fence.  Make sure you know if you are the last game scheduled as you will need to take the nets off the goals.  The goals are on wheels, so move the goals over to the south fence.   Leave the nets in the net bag and corner flags by the goals.  Someone will be by to pick up the nets and corner flags. 

Use the SDCSL Metal goals for the grass field.  The goals are located behind the storage container on the east fence.  Teams playing last game on the grass field need to remove the nets, dismantle the 3 piece goals and take the pieces back to behind the storage container against the fence.  Someone will be by to lock them up and pick up flags and nets.  Have the flags and nets on the field.

There may be times when the last game is the 11am or 1pm game, so don't assume there is a game after yours.  Managers please be aware if you are the last game.

REMINDER:  No alchohol or glass allowed at this field.  Please use the restrooms and keep them clean.  Do not relieve yourself on the field or on a tree.  If the bathrooms are not open, go to a gas station or store.
